ROLD GROUP VR Series
The core of VR switches is the patented coupling between the contact blade and the shared terminal. A silver wire is welded and pressed onto the latter, becoming the rotation core of the contact blade. The rolling of the blade onto the silver wire combines switch tripping point precision and high electrical performance. The elastic component of the snap mechanism is made up of steel springs that guarantee an excellent mechanical durability and minimal differential force. The variation of their thickness also enables different operating forces to be obtained, keeping terminal contact pressure unaltered.
