All Parts

Spare parts for ovens, washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, microwaves, and more. Brands include Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, Bosch, Miele, Delonghi, Smeg, LG, Panasonic, Simpson & Westinghouse, Braun, Breville, and Bissell. Most orders go out same day from our Palmerston North warehouse.

Many international appliance brands have no direct parts channel in NZ. The official route is usually a service agent with a callout fee before anyone touches the machine. We stock parts across all major appliance categories so you can order what you need and have it on hand when the job gets done.

How to find the right part

The right part for one model will not fit another, even from the same brand. Before you search or order, there are three things that will save you from ordering the wrong part.

Before you order, check three things:

Your model number first. It is on a sticker on the appliance itself. For ovens and washing machines it is usually inside the door frame. For fridges it is on the inside left wall. For small appliances it is on the base. Write it down in full including any letters at the end.

The part you are replacing. If the old part is still there, keep it. Take a photo before removing it. The shape, the mounting style, the connector type. All of that narrows down the right replacement faster than the model number alone.

The product listing. Every listing on this site states which models it fits. Match your model number to that list before adding to cart. If you are not sure which category your part falls under, use the Search by Model tool at the top of the page.

Send us a photo of the old part along with your appliance model number. We'll confirm the right replacement before you spend anything.

Signs your appliance needs a new part

Most appliance faults come from one worn or failed part, not the whole machine. Watch for these across any appliance:

  • An unusual noise that wasn't there before grinding, clicking, rattling, or squealing

  • Not heating, not cooling, or not reaching the right temperature

  • Water not draining, not filling, or leaking from a seal or hose connection

  • An error code on the display that keeps coming back after a reset

  • A part that is visibly cracked, burnt, seized, or snapped off

The longer a fault runs the more likely it is to damage surrounding parts. A worn washing machine door seal left leaking can damage the drum bearings. A failing oven element running on reduced power can stress the thermostat. Catching it early keeps the repair simple.

Fitting appliance parts

Most people have their appliance back in working order within an hour. How involved the job is depends on which part needs replacing. If you are not sure which category your part falls into before you order, Send us a photo and we'll tell you what's involved before you commit.

Safety Note

Always unplug the appliance before removing any part. For gas appliances, turn off the gas supply at the meter before starting. Anything electrical or connected to a gas line needs a qualified person.

Appliance spare parts FAQ

What brands do you stock parts for?

Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, Bosch, Miele, Delonghi, Smeg, LG, Panasonic, Simpson & Westinghouse, Braun, Breville, Bissell, Baumatic, Classique, Haier, Midea, and more. Use the Brands menu at the top of the page to go straight to your brand.

I don't know the part name. How do I find what I need?

Start with your appliance model number and the symptom. Search the model number using the Search by Model tool, or Send us a photo of the appliance and the fault and we'll point you to the right part.

Do you stock parts for older or discontinued appliances?

Sometimes yes. Stock for discontinued models is limited and runs out over time. Email us your brand and model number and we'll check what's available before you order.

Can I get parts for an appliance bought overseas?

It depends on the model. Some overseas models use the same parts as NZ versions. Others don't. Send us the model number and a photo of the part and we'll check compatibility before you spend anything.

How do I know a part will fit before I order?

Match your full model number to the compatibility list on the product page. If you're still not sure, Send us a photo of the old part and your model number. We confirm fit before you pay.
