Delonghi Coffee Machine Parts
Your DeLonghi coffee machine has stopped doing its job. Maybe it won't pump water, the coffee's coming out weak or cold, it's leaking, or a seal has perished. A coffee machine is a daily-use appliance, and when one part wears out the whole morning routine stops.
Most faults come down to a single part. Not the whole machine. We stock DeLonghi coffee machine parts including seals, water tanks, carafes, filters and more, dispatched from our NZ warehouse.
What parts we stock
DeLonghi coffee machines are common in New Zealand kitchens, and so are the parts that wear out. We carry replacement parts across the range, including:
-
Seals and gaskets, a common cause of leaks and pressure loss
-
Water tanks and water tank parts
-
Carafes and jugs
-
Filters and descaling parts
-
Outlets, dispensers, containers and covers
If you can't see what you need listed, email us your model number. We can often source DeLonghi parts that aren't shown online.
How to find your model number
This is the single most important step, and it's where most wrong orders start. DeLonghi makes many coffee machine models, from filter machines to pump espresso machines to bean-to-cup, and parts are not shared across all of them. The model number is what pins down the exact part.
Where to look:
-
On the machine: on a label on the base, or the back of the machine.
-
In the manual: the model number is usually on the front cover or the specifications page.
Write the number down exactly. The DeLonghi name alone won't narrow it down. Still not sure you've got the right part? Send us the model number and a photo and we'll confirm it before you pay.
Genuine vs compatible parts
Some DeLonghi parts are genuine, made or supplied by the original manufacturer. Others are compatible replacements built to do the same job. Both can be the right choice depending on the part and your budget.
Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts are a sound, often cheaper option for many common repairs, like seals and filters. What matters most either way is that the part fits your model, so the model number still comes first. Tell us when you order and we'll confirm what a part is before it ships.
Fitting parts and a safety note
A DeLonghi part should be fitted by someone with the right expertise. That can be you, if you're confident with the job.
Swapping a water tank, a carafe, a seal, a filter or a dispenser part is usually straightforward, and you won't need a technician. If you can do the job yourself, you can. But if it's not something you're confident with, hire a professional to fit the part.
Some repairs are different. Anything electrical, like internal heating elements, pumps or wiring, should be fitted by a qualified, licensed technician. Under New Zealand rules that work has to be done by someone licensed to do it. If you're unsure which category your part falls into, email us before you start and we'll tell you.

DeLonghi coffee machine parts FAQ
My DeLonghi is leaking. What do I order?
Usually a seal or gasket. Seals perish over time with heat and pressure, and a worn one lets water escape. Work out where the leak is coming from, then match the seal to your model. Send us your model number if you're not sure.
Where do I find my DeLonghi model number?
It's on a label on the base or back of the machine, and usually on the front cover or specifications page of the manual. Write it down exactly, because DeLonghi parts vary between models.
Should I get genuine or compatible DeLonghi parts?
Both can be right. Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts, especially seals and filters, do the same job and often cost less. The part fitting your model matters more than the label, so lead with your model number.
Can I fit DeLonghi coffee machine parts myself?
Many parts, like water tanks, carafes, seals, filters and dispenser parts, yes. Electrical parts like internal heating elements, pumps and wiring should be fitted by a qualified, licensed technician under NZ rules. If you're not sure which kind your part is, ask us.
Not sure which part you need? Send us your DeLonghi model number and we'll help you find the right one.
