Fisher and Paykel
Your Fisher & Paykel oven won't heat. The washing machine's stuck mid-cycle, or the fridge has stopped getting cold. Maybe a DishDrawer won't drain, or an element's gone in the oven.
Fisher & Paykel appliances are built to last, and most of the time a fault is one worn part. Not a reason to replace the whole machine. We stock Fisher & Paykel spare parts across ovens, cooktops, washing machines, dryers, fridges, dishwashers and DishDrawers, dispatched from our NZ warehouse.
What parts we stock
Fisher & Paykel is a New Zealand brand, so its appliances are everywhere here. So are the parts that wear out. We carry replacement parts across the range, including:
-
Oven elements, thermostats, knobs, door seals and inner door parts
-
Cooktop and hotplate parts
-
Washing machine parts like belts, pumps, seals, drum and door parts
-
Dryer belts, heaters, thermostats and filters
-
Fridge and freezer shelves, drawers, trays, seals and control parts
-
Dishwasher and DishDrawer parts like wheels, racks, seals and filters
If you can't see what you need listed, email us your model number. We can often source Fisher & Paykel parts that aren't shown online.
How to find your model number
This is the single most important step, and it's where most wrong orders start. Fisher & Paykel makes many models, and the same part rarely fits across all of them. The model number, and often a separate product or serial number alongside it, is what pins down the exact part.
Where to look:
-
Ovens and cooktops: around the door frame, the underside, or in the manual.
-
Washing machines and dryers: on the back panel, or around the door opening.
-
Fridges and freezers: on a label inside, usually on a side wall or near the top.
-
Dishwashers and DishDrawers: on the side of the door, or around the door frame when it's open.
Write the number down exactly. Every letter, number and dash. Fisher & Paykel model numbers often have a product number too, a code like 80823-A. If yours has one, send both. You can also search by model through our
model spares directory. Still not sure you've got the right part? Send us the model number and a photo and we'll confirm it before you pay.
Genuine vs compatible parts
Some Fisher & Paykel parts are genuine, made or supplied by the original manufacturer. Others are compatible replacements built to do the same job. Both can be the right choice depending on the part and your budget.
Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts are a sound, often cheaper option for many common repairs. What matters most either way is that the part fits your model, so the model number still comes first. If you want genuine specifically, browse our
Genuine Originals range, or tell us when you order and we'll confirm what a part is before it ships.
Fitting parts and a safety note
Plenty of Fisher & Paykel parts are a sensible DIY job. Swapping a fridge shelf, a dishwasher wheel, a dryer filter, an oven knob or a door seal is usually straightforward, and you won't need a technician.
If you can do the job yourself, you can. But if it's not something you're confident with, you should hire a professional to fit the part.
Some parts are different. Anything electrical, gas or refrigerant, like oven elements, thermostats, control boards, hotplates, cooktop parts and fridge sealed-system parts, should be fitted by a qualified, licensed technician.
Under New Zealand rules that work has to be done by someone licensed to do it. It's not a confidence thing, it's a safety and legal thing. If you're unsure which category your part falls into, email us before you start and we'll tell you.

Fisher & Paykel parts FAQ
Where do I find my Fisher & Paykel model number?
It's on a label on the appliance. Around the door frame on ovens and dishwashers, the back panel on washers and dryers, or an inside wall on fridges. Many F&P appliances also have a separate product number like 80823-A. If yours does, send both.
Should I get genuine or compatible parts?
Both can be right. Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts do the same job and often cost less. The part fitting your model matters more than the label, so lead with your model number, and ask us if you want genuine specifically.
Can I fit Fisher & Paykel parts myself?
Many parts, like shelves, seals, filters, wheels and knobs, yes. Electrical, gas and refrigerant parts like elements, thermostats, control boards and hotplates must be fitted by a qualified, licensed technician under NZ rules. If you're not sure which kind your part is, ask us.
You don't list the part I need. Can you still get it?
Often, yes. Not everything we can source is shown online. Email us your model number and the part you're after, and we'll check what we can get.
Not sure which part you need? Send us your Fisher & Paykel model number and we'll help you find the right one.
