Fridge Tray

Replacement trays for fridges and freezers. Ice cube trays, ice maker trays, egg trays, drip trays and shelf trays for Samsung, LG, Mitsubishi Electric and Panasonic models.

Most orders go out the same day from our Palmerston North warehouse. Trays are model specific. Match your model number before you order. Send us a photo of the tray and your model number if you're not sure.

How to find the right fridge tray

Tray sizes, clip points and rail shapes change between models. A tray that looks the same can sit crooked or not click in at all.

Before you order, check three things:

Find your model number. It's on the rating sticker, usually inside the fridge compartment. Write it down exactly, including any letters at the end.

Know which tray you need. Ice cube trays, ice maker trays, egg trays, drip trays and shelf trays are different parts. Check the name on the listing, like the Samsung ice cube tray DA67-00449D.

Compare the part number. If the old tray has a code printed or moulded on it, match it to the listing. If it doesn't, a photo of the old tray helps us match it.

Send us a photo of the tray along with your model number. We'll confirm the right replacement before you spend anything.

Signs your fridge needs a new tray

Watch for these before the tray gives out:

  • A tray that is cracked or has a broken clip

  • An ice tray that is warped, so cubes won't release

  • A tray that won't sit level or slide in its rails

  • An egg tray that has split along the cups

  • A drip tray that is cracked and letting water pool under the dispenser

A cracked tray can drop its contents into the fridge or onto the floor. Replacing it early costs less than replacing the shelf or drawer it sits in.

Fitting fridge trays

Most people have their fridge back in order within the hour. Trays lift out or slide off their rails, and the replacement drops or clicks into the same spot.

Take a photo before you pull the old one so you can match its position. An egg tray like the Mitsubishi Electric KIEHJ3115 sits in the door or on a shelf, depending on the model.

If the tray is part of an ice maker with wiring, a sparky does that part.

Safety Note

Unplug the fridge before reaching into the ice maker or fitting any internal part. Anything electrical needs a sparky.
