Samsung Home Appliance Parts
Your Samsung appliance has stopped doing its job. Maybe the washing machine won't drain, the fridge isn't cooling, the dishwasher won't start, or a shelf or seal has worn out. Samsung makes a wide spread of home appliances, and most faults come down to one worn part. Not the whole machine.
We stock Samsung home appliance parts across washing machines, fridges, dishwashers and more, dispatched from our NZ warehouse.
What parts we stock
Samsung appliances are common across New Zealand homes, and so are the parts that wear out. We carry replacement parts across the range, including:
-
Washing machine parts like belts, pumps, seals, hoses and door parts
-
Fridge and freezer shelves, drawers, trays and seals
-
Dishwasher racks, wheels, filters and seals
-
Control, motor and sensor parts shared across appliance types
If you can't see what you need listed, email us your model number. We can often source Samsung parts that aren't shown online.
How to find your model number
This is the single most important step, and it's where most wrong orders start. Samsung makes many models, and the same part rarely fits across all of them. The model number, and often a separate serial number alongside it, is what pins down the exact part.
Where to look:
-
Washing machines: on the back panel, or around the door opening.
-
Fridges and freezers: on a label inside, usually on a side wall.
-
Dishwashers: on the side of the door, or around the door frame when open.
Write the number down exactly, every letter, number and dash. Still not sure you've got the right part? Send us the model number and a photo and we'll confirm it before you pay.
Genuine vs compatible parts
Some Samsung parts are genuine, made or supplied by the original manufacturer. Others are compatible replacements built to do the same job. Both can be the right choice depending on the part and your budget.
Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts are a sound, often cheaper option for many common repairs. What matters most either way is that the part fits your model, so the model number still comes first. Tell us when you order and we'll confirm what a part is before it ships.
Fitting parts and a safety note
A Samsung part should be fitted by someone with the right expertise. That can be you, if you're confident and competent with the job.
Swapping a fridge shelf, a water filter, a dishwasher wheel or a door seal is usually straightforward, and you won't need a technician. If you can do the job yourself, you can. But if it's not something you're confident with, hire a professional to fit the part.
Some parts are different. Anything electrical, or anything to do with a fridge's sealed refrigerant system, should be fitted by a qualified, licensed technician. Under New Zealand rules that work has to be done by someone licensed to do it. If you're unsure which category your part falls into, email us before you start and we'll tell you.

Samsung parts FAQ
Where do I find my Samsung model number?
It's on a label on the appliance. The back panel or door area on a washing machine, an inside wall on a fridge, the side of the door on a dishwasher. Many Samsung appliances also have a separate serial number, send both if yours does.
How do I know which water filter fits my Samsung fridge?
Samsung uses different filter types across its fridge range. Start with your fridge's model number, then check our Samsung fridge water filters collection. If you're still not sure, send us the model number and we'll confirm it.
Should I get genuine or compatible Samsung parts?
Both can be right. Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts do the same job and often cost less. The part fitting your model matters more than the label, so lead with your model number.
Can I fit Samsung parts myself?
Many parts, like shelves, water filters, seals and wheels, yes. Electrical parts and anything in a fridge's sealed refrigerant system must be fitted by a qualified, licensed technician under NZ rules. If you're not sure which kind your part is, ask us.
Not sure which part you need? Send us your Samsung model number and we'll help you find the right one.
