How to Use and Installation Notes

1. Switch off the rangehood at the wall isolator and confirm the lights and fan are off.
2. Remove the rangehood filter and any covers required to access the motor body or the power pack.
3. Locate the existing capacitor, usually a small cylindrical or rectangular component attached to the motor housing.
4. Photograph the wiring at both terminals of the failed capacitor before disconnecting anything.
