Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer Spare Parts
Your Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer won't drain. Or a drawer won't slide, dishes aren't coming out clean, it won't start, or it's leaking.
The DishDrawer is a clever design, but like any dishwasher it has parts that wear, and most faults come down to one of them. Not the whole unit. We stock Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer spare parts including wheels, racks, seals, filters and more, dispatched from our NZ warehouse.
What parts we stock
The DishDrawer is a New Zealand design and a common sight in kitchens here, so the parts that wear out are common too. We carry replacement DishDrawer parts including:
-
Basket wheels and rollers, for drawers that won't slide smoothly
-
Racks, rack sections and cutlery baskets
-
Door and tub seals
-
Filters, to keep drainage and washing performance up
-
Hoses, spray arms and other wearing parts
If you can't see what you need listed, email us your model number. We can often source DishDrawer parts that aren't shown online.
How to find your model number
This is the single most important step, and it's where most wrong orders start. Fisher & Paykel has made many DishDrawer models, single and double drawer, across several generations. Parts are not shared across all of them, and a part that looks close can fit a different model.
Where to look:
-
On the DishDrawer: on the side of the drawer, or around the drawer frame when it's open.
-
Product number: many DishDrawers have a separate product number too, a code like 81078-A. If yours has one, send both.
Write the number down exactly, every letter, number and dash. Still not sure you've got the right part? Send us the model number and a photo and we'll confirm it before you pay.
Genuine vs compatible parts
Some DishDrawer parts are genuine, made or supplied by the original manufacturer. Others are compatible replacements built to do the same job. Both can be the right choice depending on the part and your budget.
Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts are a sound, often cheaper option for many common repairs, like wheels and filters. What matters most either way is that the part fits your model, so the model number still comes first. Tell us when you order and we'll confirm what a part is before it ships.
Fitting parts and a safety note
A DishDrawer part should be fitted by someone with the right expertise. That can be you, if you're confident with the job. Swapping a basket wheel, a rack, a cutlery basket, a seal or a filter is usually straightforward, and you won't need a technician.
If you can do the job yourself, you can. But if it's not something you're confident with, hire a professional to fit the part. Some parts are different. Anything electrical, or any work involving the DishDrawer's plumbing connections, should be fitted by a qualified technician, and under New Zealand rules some of that work has to be. If you're unsure which category your part falls into, email us before you start and we'll tell you.

Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer parts FAQ
My DishDrawer drawer won't slide smoothly. What do I order?
Usually the basket wheels or rollers. When they wear or break, the drawer feels stiff, jams, or sits crooked. Match the new wheels to your model, and check our dishwasher wheels collection. Send us your model number if you're not sure.
Where do I find my DishDrawer model number?
It's on a label on the side of the drawer, or around the drawer frame when it's open. Many DishDrawers also have a separate product number like 81078-A. If yours does, send both.
Are DishDrawer parts the same across single and double models?
Not always. Fisher & Paykel has made many DishDrawer models across several generations, and parts vary between them. A part that looks right can fit a different model, so always match to your model number.
Can I fit DishDrawer parts myself?
Many parts, like wheels, racks, cutlery baskets, seals and filters, yes. Electrical work and plumbing connections should be left to a qualified technician, and under NZ rules some of that work has to be. If you're not sure which kind your part is, ask us.
Not sure which part you need? Send us your DishDrawer model number and we'll help you find the right one.
