The DD603 DishDrawer range includes single and double drawer configurations, and parts between them are not always interchangeable. A drawer runner or seal from a single drawer model may not fit a double drawer unit.

Before you order, check three things:

Your full model code. It is on a sticker inside the drawer, usually on the left side wall or along the top edge of the door panel. Write it down in full including the suffix letter at the end. DD603H and DD603I use different parts in some cases.

The part number if visible. Fisher & Paykel parts often have a product code printed on them. If the old part has a number starting with 5 digits or H01, note that down and use it to search.

Signs your DD603 DishDrawer needs a new part

Watch for these across the drawer mechanism and internal components:

  • The drawer is difficult to open or close, or catches on one side

  • The drawer drops slightly when fully extended and does not sit level

  • Water is not draining from the drawer after a cycle

  • The spray arm is cracked or blocked and dishes in that drawer are not getting clean

  • The door seal is torn or the drawer is leaking during a cycle

  • A clip or tub release is broken and the drawer tub cannot be removed for cleaning

DishDrawer runners are under load every time the drawer is opened and closed. A worn runner left in place puts stress on the mechanism and can damage the drawer housing over time.

Fitting DD603 DishDrawer parts

Most people have straightforward DD603 parts sorted within the hour. Filters lift out and the replacement sits back in. Spray arms unclip from the bottom of the drawer and the replacement clips back on. Drawer clips press in and out.

Safety Note

Unplug the DishDrawer before removing any internal parts. Drain pumps, wash motors, and control boards are electrical components and must be replaced by a sparky.

My DD603 drawer is not draining. What part do I need?

Start with the filter. Lift it out and check for blockages. If the filter is clear and the drawer still has water sitting in it after a cycle, the drain pump may need replacing.
