New stock across every appliance type, added regularly. Washing machines, ovens, dryers, fridges, dishwashers, coffee machines and small appliances. For a specific appliance or brand use the menus above, or find your exact model through the model spares directory and full catalog.
About This Collection
The frontpage collection pulls together newly added and high-demand parts across every category we stock. It is not brand-specific or appliance-specific. You will find washing machine parts alongside oven elements, coffee machine seals next to fridge components.
We add parts based on what NZ homes actually need. If a model is common in NZ and the parts for it are wearing out, we work to get those parts in stock. If you search for a part and cannot find it, contact us with the model number. If there is enough demand, we add it.
Before ordering any part from this collection, confirm your model number. Even within the same brand, parts change between models and years. The model number sticker is on the appliance body, door frame, or rear panel depending on the type. If you are not sure which part you need, the parts lists and diagrams page has exploded views across a wide range of NZ appliances.
Parts Worth Checking If Your Appliance Is Playing Up
- The drain pump is the most common fault if your washing machine is not draining. Lint and debris block the impeller over time and it stops moving water out of the drum.
- A failed oven element is usually the cause if there is uneven heating. Check the element visually for burn marks or cracks before ordering.
- Fridge not cooling properly. A failed fridge fan motor stops cold air circulating through the fridge compartment. The freezer may still be cold while the fridge warms up.
- Dishwasher leaving residue or not cleaning properly. Start with the dishwasher filter. A blocked filter is the most common cause of poor wash performance and the cheapest fix.
- A worn door seal results in washing machine leaking from the door. Starts as a small drip and gets worse.
- Coffee machine leaking steam or dripping from the group head. The steam ring or group head coffee machine seal has worn out. One of the most common Breville and DeLonghi faults.
How to Find the Right Part
Every part in this collection is model specific. The brand name alone is not enough. Find the model number sticker on your appliance before ordering.
If you know your part number, search that directly. If not, the parts lists and diagrams page has exploded views across a wide range of appliances. You can also search by model to pull up parts matched specifically to your machine.
Not sure what the fault is or which part you need? Send us the model number and a description of what the appliance is doing. We will point you to the right part.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often is this collection updated?
We add parts regularly as new stock arrives. If you checked recently and a part was not showing, it is worth looking again. You can also contact us with your model number and we will let you know when stock is expected.
I cannot find my part anywhere online. Can you source it?
Often yes. Not everything we can get is listed on the site. Send us the model number and the part name or part number and we will check our supply channels. If there is a lead time we will tell you upfront.
How do I know if a part fits my appliance?
Match the model number from your appliance to the part listing. If you are not sure, send us both numbers before ordering. We would rather confirm the fit before you buy than deal with a return.
What brands do you stock?
Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, LG, Westinghouse, Simpson, Electrolux, Smeg, Bosch, Breville, Sunbeam, Kenwood, Miele, DeLonghi, Midea and more. If your brand is not listed, contact us and we will check what is available.
What is your returns policy?
Unused parts in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Full details are in our returns policy.
