Ice Cream Maker

Replacement parts for Kenwood ice cream maker attachments. Stock includes attachments for Kenwood mixers. Most orders go out the same day from our Palmerston North warehouse.

Paddles and attachments are listed by code, so match the code before you order. Send us a photo of the old part and any code on it if you're not sure.

How to find the right ice cream maker part

Kenwood sells its ice cream makers as mixer attachments under different codes, such as AT956A, AT957A and KAX71.000WH. The code decides which parts fit.

Before you order, check three things:

Find the attachment code. Check the attachment and its box for a code like AT956A, AT957A or KAX71. Write it down exactly.

Check your mixer model. Each listing names the mixers it suits. The KAX71.000WH, names the KVC30, KVL61 and KVL40. Match yours to the list.

Know which part you're replacing. Paddle only, or the whole attachment? If just the paddle is damaged, a paddle listing may be all you need. Take a photo before you remove anything.

Send us a photo of the part along with your model number. We'll confirm the right replacement before you spend anything.

Signs your ice cream maker needs a new part

Watch for these before the next batch:

  • A paddle that is cracked, chipped or missing a section

  • A paddle that won't lock onto the attachment

  • A paddle that scrapes or drags while the mixer runs

  • An attachment that won't turn when the mixer is on

A cracked paddle can break mid-batch. Replacing the paddle early costs less than replacing the whole attachment.

Fitting ice cream maker parts

Most people have their ice cream maker back in order within the hour. A paddle lifts out and the replacement drops in. A new attachment connects to the mixer the same way the old one came off.

Take a photo of how the old part sits before you pull it. If you're not sure how an attachment goes together, email us before you start.

Safety Note

Unplug the mixer before fitting or removing any attachment or part. Anything electrical needs a sparky.
