How to Use and Installation Notes

• Locate the filter compartment inside your fridge -- usually in the upper right corner of the fridge section, or behind a kick plate at the bottom of the unit.
• Turn the old filter approximately 90 degrees (1/4 turn) anticlockwise and pull it gently out of the housing.
• Remove the protective cap from the new ADQ747935 filter.
• Push the new filter into the housing and twist 90 degrees (1/4 turn) clockwise until it locks.
• Run approximately 8 litres (2 gallons) of water through the dispenser to flush the new filter before drinking. The water may run cloudy initially -- this is normal carbon flushing and will clear.
• Press and hold the filter reset button on your fridge's control panel for 3 to 5 seconds to reset the filter indicator. Refer to your owner's manual for the exact procedure.
• Replace every 6 months or 200 gallons (757 litres), whichever comes first.
