How to Use / Installation Notes

This part requires electrical knowledge to install safely. Installation must be carried out by a registered electrical worker. Turn off power at the switchboard before beginning. Remove the knob and fascia panel to access the existing simmerstat. Disconnect the wiring, remove the old unit, connect the new MP101, and reassemble. Always test before returning to normal use.
