Our team have shipped tens of thousands of orders this year and need a break.
We've been working hard all year and have decided to take a short break during the holiday season to recharge. We don't normally take breaks, but we need a break.
Our warehouse team will be away from 23rd of December till the 8th of January. This means orders are likely to dispatch from the 8th onwards.
Steve will be available, but only working a few days during this time to keep on top of any orders and items to be processed during this time. Steve will dispatch some orders after the Christmas and New Year, sometime between the 3rd and 5th for any orders placed over the holidays. Please don't expect fast dispatching during this time.
Suppliers will be closed over this time as well and with staff away, so please expect some small delays to leadtime items and non-stock-level-on-product-page items.
Please don't send us emails or new inquiries till the New Year after 23rd of December as Steve needs a break. We've worked tirelessly all year and all around the clock.
