Award Appliance Parts - Ovens, Rangehoods and Dishwashers

Spare parts for Award ovens, rangehoods, and dishwashers. Elements, door seals, hinges, knobs, thermostats, shelves, rangehood filters, rangehood motors, and dishwasher baskets. Most orders go out same day from our Palmerston North warehouse.

We stock a good range here so you are not waiting on something to come from overseas or paying a tradie just to find out what you need.

How to find the right Award appliance part

Award parts are model specific. The same oven brand can use different elements, thermostats, and seals across models.

Before you order, check three things:

Your model number. It is on a sticker inside the oven door frame, on the back of the rangehood, or along the inside edge of the dishwasher door. Write it down in full.

The part you are replacing. If you still have the old part, keep it. Note the wattage on elements, the size of seals, and the fitting style of hinges. These vary between models.

The product listing. Every listing states which Award models it fits. Match your full model number to that list before adding to cart.

Send us a photo of the old part along with your model number. We'll confirm the right replacement before you spend anything.

Signs your Award appliance needs a new part

Watch for these across ovens, rangehoods, and dishwashers:

  • Oven not reaching temperature or taking much longer than usual to heat up

  • Oven door not sealing properly or the seal is visibly torn or stiff

  • Oven door dropping when opened or the hinge feels loose

  • Rangehood fan running but no suction, or filter light on

  • Rangehood making a grinding or rattling noise

  • Dishwasher rack dropping or wheels cracked and not rolling

An oven running below temperature puts stress on the element and thermostat together. Catching a failing element early keeps the repair to one part.

Fitting Award appliance parts

Most people have their Award oven or rangehood sorted within the hour. Award rangehood filters slide out of the rangehood housing and the replacement slides straight back in. Oven shelves lift out. Oven knobs pull off the shaft and push back on.

Safety Note

Always turn the oven off at the wall and allow it to cool completely before removing any parts. Electrical components including elements and thermostats must be replaced by a sparky.

Award appliance parts FAQ

Where is the model number on an Award oven?

Check the sticker on the inside of the oven door frame. It is usually on the left side when you open the door. Write down the full code including any letters.

Are Award oven parts the same as Omega or Everdure parts?

Some are. Award, Omega, and Everdure share parts across certain models and ranges. Check the compatibility list on the product page. If your Award model number appears, the part fits.

My oven is not heating properly. Is it the element or the thermostat?

If it heats but not fully, it is usually the element. If it heats erratically or cuts in and out, it is more likely the thermostat. A sparky can check both before you order.

Can I buy Award oven parts directly from the brand in NZ?

Award has no official NZ parts store. We stock parts for Award ovens, rangehoods, and dishwashers and can dispatch most orders the same day.

Does Award still make appliances and can I still get parts?

Award appliances are no longer in production but parts for many models are still available. Email us your model number and we'll check what's in stock.
