Comfee Appliance Parts
Spare parts for Comfee appliances. Washing machine, chest freezer, and portable air conditioner parts for NZ models. Most orders go out same day from our Palmerston North warehouse.
Comfee parts are model specific. Check your model number before ordering. Send us a photo of the part and your model number if you are not sure and we will confirm the right part before you pay.
How to find the right Comfee part
Comfee uses different part numbers across its appliance range. A washing machine filter or pump from one model will not necessarily fit another even within the same product line.
Before you order, check three things:
Your model number. It is on a sticker on the appliance. For washing machines check the inside of the door frame or the back panel. For chest freezers check the inside rear wall or the base. Write it down in full.
The part you are replacing. If the old part is still there, keep it. Note the size, the connector type, and any numbers printed on the part itself.
The product listing. Every listing states which Comfee models it fits. Match your model number to the compatibility list before adding to cart.
Send us a photo of the old part along with your model number. We will confirm the right replacement before you spend anything.
Signs your Comfee appliance needs a new part
Watch for these before the appliance stops working entirely:
-
Washing machine not draining or leaving water in the drum after a cycle
-
A grinding or rattling noise during the wash or spin cycle
-
Washing machine door not locking or the cycle not starting
-
Chest freezer not reaching temperature or running constantly
-
Portable air conditioner not cooling or the filter indicator on
Catching a drainage fault early is worth it. A blocked pump left running will eventually burn out the motor, which is a much more expensive repair than the pump itself.
Fitting Comfee appliance parts
Most people have simple Comfee parts sorted within the hour. Washing machine door seals and filters swap in without tools on most models. Filters on portable air conditioners slide out and the replacement slides back in. Have a sparky look at those.
Safety Note
Unplug the appliance before removing any part. Electrical and refrigerant system components must only be handled by a qualified person.

Comfee appliance parts FAQ
How do I find the model number on my Comfee washing machine?
Check the sticker inside the door frame on the left or right side. Write down the full code including all letters and numbers.
My Comfee washing machine is not draining. What part do I need?
Start with the drain pump and the filter. A blocked filter is the most common cause and is easy to check. If the filter is clear and the machine still won't drain, the pump itself may need replacing.
Are Comfee parts easy to find in NZ?
Not widely. We stock parts for Comfee appliances and can source others. Email us your model number and we will check availability before you order.
Can I get Comfee parts faster than waiting for overseas shipping?
Yes. We hold stock in Palmerston North and most orders ship same day. You are not waiting for something to come from overseas.
My Comfee chest freezer is not staying cold. Is it the compressor?
Not always. Check the door seal first. A worn seal lets warm air in and makes the freezer work harder. If the seal looks fine and the freezer still won't hold temperature, the compressor or thermostat may need checking by a sparky.
