This page lists appliance spare parts that have recently arrived in stock, are currently in production, or are coming soon. If you have been waiting on a part that was previously unavailable, this is where it will appear first. 

Parts listed here cover all appliance categories ovens, washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, small appliances, and more. Orders go out same day from our Palmerston North warehouse once a part is in stock.

How to find and order a new or in-production part

Parts on this page are treated the same as any other part on the site. The same fit rules apply. Before ordering any part listed here, confirm it is right for your specific model.

Before you order, check three things:

Your appliance model number. It is on a sticker on the appliance itself. The location varies by appliance type. Write it down in full.

The product listing. Every listing on this page states which appliance models the part fits. Match your full model number to that list. New parts listed here are no different the same fit rules apply.

Stock status. Some parts on this page may be listed as in production or coming soon rather than in stock. Check the stock status on the individual product page before ordering.

Send us your appliance model number and a description of the part you need. We'll let you know if it's on its way and what the expected timeframe is.

What kinds of parts appear on this page

Parts show up here for a few different reasons. Watch for:

  • Parts that have just arrived in stock after being unavailable

  • New stock runs of parts for older or hard-to-find appliance models

  • Parts currently in production that can be pre-ordered or reserved

  • Newly listed parts across any appliance category that were not previously in our range

The full catalogue is always available across the category pages. This page is specifically for parts that are new or recently restocked, and updates regularly as stock arrives and production runs are completed.

Ordering new and in-production parts

Parts marked as in stock on this page dispatch same day if ordered before our cut-off time. Parts marked as in production or coming soon will have an expected availability date on the product page where possible.

If a part you have been waiting for is now showing as in stock, order promptly. New stock runs for hard-to-find parts can sell quickly, especially for older appliance models that are no longer in production.

Safety Note

The same safety rules apply to all parts on this page. Electrical components must be replaced by a sparky. Refrigerant system parts require a certified refrigeration technician. Always check what the job involves before ordering.

How do I know when a part I need comes back into stock?

Use the back-in-stock notification button on the individual product page. Enter your email and we'll notify you as soon as the part arrives. You can also email us directly with your model number and part name.

Can I pre-order a part that is listed as in production?

In some cases yes. Email us with your model number and part details and we will let you know if pre-ordering is available and what the expected lead time is.

How often does this page update?

It updates continuously as new stock arrives and as production runs are completed. Check back regularly if you are waiting on a specific part.

The part I need is listed here but showing as out of stock. What should I do?

Use the back-in-stock notification on the product page, or Send us your model number and the part name. We can tell you whether it is expected back in stock and when.

Are parts on this page the same quality as parts elsewhere on the site?

Yes. Parts listed here are the same genuine and compatible parts available across the rest of the site. New to stock just means they have recently been added or restocked. The same quality and warranty terms apply.
