Kenwood
Your Kenwood appliance has stopped working the way it should. Maybe the blender won't blend, the food processor won't start, the bowl won't lock, or an attachment has cracked.
Kenwood small appliances are built to last, and most of the time a fault is one worn part. Not the motor, and not a reason to replace the machine. We stock replacement parts for Kenwood small appliances including blenders, food processors, mixers and more, dispatched from our NZ warehouse.
What parts we stock
Kenwood benchtop appliances are common in New Zealand kitchens, and so are the parts that wear out. We carry replacement parts across the range, including:
-
Blender jugs, blades, seals and bases
-
Food processor bowls, lids, blades and discs
-
Mixer beaters, whisks, dough hooks and bowls
-
Drive parts, couplers and belts shared across machine types
-
Lids, pushers, attachments and accessories
If you can't see what you need listed, email us your model number. We can often source Kenwood parts that aren't shown online.
How to find your model number
This is the single most important step, and it's where most wrong orders start. Kenwood makes many small appliance models, and parts are not shared across all of them. The model number is what pins down the exact part.
Where to look:
-
Blenders, processors and mixers: on a label on the base of the machine.
-
Attachments: sometimes marked on the attachment itself, but the machine's model number is what matters most.
Write the number down exactly, usually a code of letters then numbers. The Kenwood name alone won't narrow it down. Still not sure you've got the right part? Send us the model number and a photo and we'll confirm it before you pay.
Genuine vs compatible parts
Some Kenwood parts are genuine, made or supplied by the original manufacturer. Others are compatible replacements built to do the same job. Both can be the right choice depending on the part and your budget.
Genuine parts match the original exactly. Good compatible parts are a sound, often cheaper option for many common repairs. What matters most either way is that the part fits your model, so the model number still comes first. Tell us when you order and we'll confirm what a part is before it ships.
Fitting parts and a safety note
A Kenwood part should be fitted by someone with the right expertise. That can be you, if you're confident with the job. Swapping a blender jug, a bowl, a lid, a beater or an attachment is usually a no-tools job, the old one comes off and the new one goes on the same way.
Internal repairs like couplers, belts and drive parts mean opening the housing, and that's more involved. If you can do the job yourself, go for it. But if it's not something you're confident with, hire a professional to fit the part, someone with the right experience to open the machine, fit the part correctly and put it back together safely. Email us before you start if you're unsure what's involved.

Kenwood small appliance parts FAQ
Where do I find my Kenwood model number?
It's on a label on the base of the machine, usually a code of letters then numbers. Write it down exactly. The Kenwood name alone won't tell us which part fits.
Are Kenwood parts universal across models?
No. Jug fittings, bowl sizes, blade fittings and drive couplers all vary between Kenwood models. A part that looks right can fit a different machine. Always match to your model, or to the old part you're replacing.
My Kenwood appliance runs but nothing turns. What do I order?
Usually a coupler or drive part, the link between the motor and the blade or beater. If the motor sounds normal but nothing turns, the drive has failed between the two. Send us your model number and we'll point you to the right part.
Can I fit Kenwood small appliance parts myself?
For jugs, bowls, lids, beaters and attachments, yes, those swap out by hand. For internal parts like couplers and belts, it depends on your confidence with opening the machine. If you're not sure, it's worth having someone with the right experience do it.
Not sure which part you need? Send us your Kenwood model number and we'll help you find the right one.
